A passkey is a lightweight login that identifies your device without revealing who you are. No name, email, password, or phone number is ever collected. The passkey is stored securely on your device and protected by Face ID, Touch ID, or your lock screen PIN. This means: if you lose your passkey, you lose your stamps — just like losing a physical paper punch card.

Because we do not collect personal information, there is no password reset or email recovery. Simply scan the business counter QR code again to create a brand new card. Your previous stamps cannot be recovered, but setting up a new card takes seconds.
